Brooke Scott Garner

Brooke grew up in Eastern North Carolina but has called Raleigh home for most of her adult life. She graduated cum laude from UNC Greensboro with degrees in Communication Studies and International and Global Studies, and minors in Political Science and French. 

She attended law school at North Carolina Central University, where she developed a passion for social justice and ensuring equal access to the law for everyone. She has represented clients in a variety of areas of law including criminal defense, immigration, family law, and federal civil litigation. She strives to treat every client with compassion and put them at ease when they find themselves confronted with the legal system.

When she is not lawyering, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and their small zoo of pets, traveling, cooking, gardening, and fostering for a local animal rescue.
